Our Program
Building off of the successful results achieved within the US, we deliver wellbeing, prevention and rehabilitation programs to prisons, community correction centres, and youth detention centres across Australia.
A standard EPP program consists of eight modules, delivered over an 8, 12, or 20-week course, with weekly classes up to three hours in duration. However, with flexibility as one of our values, we find that the actual length and duration of our program sessions varies greatly with the vast populations we serve.
An EPP class is facilitated by trained EPP Guides who have the necessary skills to deliver the EPP curriculum whilst holding space for the program participants as they navigate their internal terrains.
Within the program, our students are taught the Enneagram, a psychological system that incisively identifies unconscious personality patterns. This concise personal assessment tool aids individuals in uncovering the motivations that precede behaviour. Our program enables an understanding of childhood trauma, addiction, attachment theory, and human development, providing participants with practical and relevant pathways to personal healing. We combine this ability for self-understanding with recognised mindfulness and wellbeing practices that enable individuals to respond, rather than react, to challenges they encounter. These practical tools for self-awareness, delivered through a lens of compassion and non-judgement, will enable our vulnerable or incarcerated individuals to reconnect with their inner goodness and remember what is right about themselves.

EPP’s curriculum is based on the studies and advice of many experts, including Dr. Gabor Maté, an internationally known, best-selling author and medical expert on addiction and trauma. His compassionate approach to drug addiction and trauma has profoundly influenced our programming.
