Community Support
After completing the EPP program, it is critical that individuals continue the work they have started and find places to practice the skills they have developed within the program. With the support of the global EPP community, we offer the following opportunities for our EPP graduates to continue their self-development journeys.
Re-Entry Support
At EPP you will often hear someone say “it takes a village”. This is a reflection of the effort that is needed to not only help people turn their lives around, but to also keep them on this path as they move forward with their journeys. To this end, many of the program graduates are motivated to continue their self-awareness studies, and once they leave prison, they are invited to contact EPP and to attend EPP classes on the “outside”, free of charge. We also extend this support to immediate family members of formerly incarcerated EPP students, to garner support and reinforce the participant’s re-entry goals and new learnings.
Correspondent Program
The Correspondent Program is dedicated to the further education and support of individuals behind bars as they continue on their journeys of self-discovery and begin to recognise their true nature. It is a unique letter writing opportunity for seasoned EPP enthusiasts — on both sides of the bars — who wish to get to know themselves more deeply through the incredibly healing experience of sharing our type-related challenges, strengths, and hopes with each other.
Community Connection
Upon release, program graduates are invited to join the EPP global community. This is a group of individuals who are dedicated to maximising human potential and who are working hard to achieve the EPP vision. This community provides a safe place for graduates to continue their self-development journeys while building networks on the outside that can support their re-entry process.
Ambassador in Mentorship Program
The Ambassador in Mentorship Program (AIM) is the first step in becoming an EPP Ambassador and provides committed individuals a platform in which they can be supported in our program while settling back into their lives in a welcoming community after release from incarceration. After completion of the AIM Program the Ambassador can consider any or all of the three different paths to contribute within EPP while continuing their personal development: Spokesperson, Guide/Guide Assistant, and/or Ambassadors-in-Service. This provides a viable avenue for individuals to continue their healing journeys as they connect back into their communities and find a means to support themselves on the outside.
